Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Important Note on Herbal Products: Due to hygiene and health regulations, we do not accept returns on opened or used supplement bottles unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging with the seal intact.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Grounds for Return/Replacement:

We only replace items if they are:

  1. Defective or Damaged: If the bottle is broken, poorly sealed, or the contents appear damaged upon opening.
  2. Wrong Item Sent: If you received a different product than what you ordered.

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, please email us at info@drswasthik.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged or wrong item.
  2. Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup (if available in your area) or ask you to ship the product back to our address: DrSwasthi Returns, A-116, URBTECH TRADE CENTRE, Sector 132- Noida UP- 201304

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@drswasthik.com.
