1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations
You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been processed or shipped from our warehouse.
Since we aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving them, the window for cancellation is very short.

Please have your Order Number ready so we can locate your order quickly.
If the cancellation is successful: If we receive your request before the order is processed, we will cancel it completely and initiate a full refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s policies.
2. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled
Once an order status has changed to “Processed,” “Shipped,” or has been handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.
What to do if it’s too late to cancel: If your order has already shipped, you have two options:
- Refuse Delivery: You may refuse to accept the package when the delivery executive arrives at your doorstep. The package will be returned to us, and once received, we will process your refund (shipping charges may be deducted).
- Return After Delivery: You may accept the package and then follow our Return & Refund Policy to initiate a return within 7 days, provided the items are unopened and in their original condition.
3. Cancellations by DrSwasthi
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion, under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Product is out of stock or unavailable.
- Errors in pricing or product information on the website.
- Inaccurate or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
If your order is cancelled by us after your card has been charged, we will inform you via email and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
